I will work with you to build trust in the therapy process and provide safety for you to talk about your issues. Just the process of having someone to safely share with can be a catalyst to healing and growth.
I am kind and compassionate, offering a listening ear and non-judgemental approach. I aim to support you and help you navigate the challenges you are facing.
