Hello! I am Naveed, an integrative therapist based in London. In life, we often face challenges and situations which make us feel overwhelmed. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for my clients, where we will explore and understand your thoughts and feelings at a deeper psychological level. I have guided clients coping with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I've also worked with clients who are refugees/asylum seekers, adjusting to a new environment. From a multi-lingual and multi-cultural background myself, I deeply understand diversity within people. I appreciate the importance of tailoring my approach to support each client uniquely.
