I am a specialist relationship therapist. I work with couples on their relationship challenges. I also work with individuals who are facing relationship difficulties, and on occasions, couples at the end of a relationship. My aim is always to help people to have better conversations with each other and themselves as individuals, to find a fresh start.
After a career in marketing and business leadership, I decided on a fresh start, and trained to MA level at a world-renowned centre for couple relationships. I work with couples and individuals both short and long term, depending on what they want to get out of therapy.
People tend to say I have a warm, personable approach - while starting therapy can feel daunting, I try to put people at ease. I mainly work face-to-face because I think it's simply better than online therapy. Having said this, I can see clients for occasional online sessions if for example they are travelling.
