Hello, thank you for viewing my profile. I am an EMDR Consultant/ Clinical Supervior and an accredited practitioner with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). With over a decade of experience my roles prior have included, counsellor, mental health trainer, suicide interventions trainer, hospital discharge worker and mental health coordinator, working predominately in third-sector settings.
I'm an integrative EMDR psychotherapist, which means I bring in many different psychological approaches to best support you. I have a solid knowledge of using theories and practices from Gestalt, Person-Centred counselling, CBT, DBT, and EMDR, which is a model to treat trauma. I also specialise in dissociative disorders.
