I believe that therapy can be a profoundly transformative process. My goal is to provide a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental environment within which we can collaborate, exploring the issues that you choose to bring to therapy. Through our open dialogue, at a pace that feels right for you, we can uncover new possibilities that begin to foster meaningful and lasting change. I am an experienced therapist, providing both short-term and long-term therapy tailored specifically to your unique needs. Rather than applying a 'one size fits all' approach, I work in a way that reflects your individual situation and therapeutic goals.
I provide support for people with a wide range of common concerns including anxiety; depression/feeling sad; stress, low self-esteem/self-confidence; work-place challenges; and challenges with family or other relationships. Additionally, I work in more specialised areas, including working with trauma; sexual abuse; issues related to sex/intimacy; and GSRD.
My practice is relational and trauma informed, with an emphasis on attunement, acceptance and empathy. I am sex-positive, kink-aware and gender-affirming. I welcome people of all cultures, genders, sexual orientations, and relationship styles, and individuals who are neurodivergent or are in the process of exploring their neurodivergent identity.
