Others realise they are not ‘straight’, and struggle with painful shame around their sexuality. If you can relate to some of these feelings or experiences then I can help you identify and bring about positive change and a greater sense of being OK more of the time. I draw on my lived experiences and year's of extensive training to be Safe, Confidential and Effective for you.
I provide online and face-to-face appointments to gently guide and support adults as they explore their feelings and emotions, make links with their behaviour, and develop more appropriate actions that fit with who and how they want to be.
I offer a confidential space for you to be more of you, to talk about things no one else might know, your inner feelings or things you might have done. You are unique and so will my approach to helping you. Above all else, I provide an opportunity to help you end aspects of your suffering and start moving on in a kinder, more healthy way.
