I’m Ronnie, a qualified psychotherapist based in Leeds. Are you feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed? Or experiencing difficulty in your relationships? I specialise in working with anxiety, panic attacks and intrusive thoughts. I also have extensive experience in working with men and the queer community.
I have significant experience working with anxiety and stress, in particular with men, exploring identity, negative thoughts and panic attacks. I work by integrating several approaches, be that a focus on solutions, challenging ways of thinking that don't serve you or exploring the past. You are in control and we will collaborate on what you need.
My goal is to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we will work towards promoting healing, personal growth, and overall well-being.
