Hello! My name is Ruby. I am a Psychotherapist offering therapy, coaching and supervision to therapists. I have always been interested in learning about people and what brings them meaning in life. I have been lucky enough to learn from so many individuals life stories. I have worked with those who have struggled with self esteem, body image, a sense of self and what they have to offer. As well as individuals who have desired connection but have found themselves repeating painful relationship dynamics. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples and helping them break from painful cycles of repeating these dynamics.
I like to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves as well as a love for themselves. I like to help individuals identify what they value, who they are and what really matters to them. Separating themselves from messages of who they believe they are meant to be, to strengthening a sense of who they are.
Everybody is unique and on their own personal journey yet many decisions in life are influenced by messages and experiences that are not always part of our awareness. Together we can look to increase awareness of self beliefs & core narratives, personal triggers & repeating patterns within relationships. Awareness is the first step to living consciously.
