I provide a warm safe trusting space where you can process and unfold life’s difficulties and issues. I have extensive experience working with BPD, complex trauma and how people coordinate their lives. Additionally, what may seem minimal in relation to bigger issues you perceive others have, can have great impact on us. All issues are worth exploring if the impact creates difficulties. My approach is collaborative and integrative, addressing present/historical trauma, revisiting a childhood that was difficult, unwanted or distorted thoughts/feelings or just needing to be heard and talk openly.
Modern life is complex, our responses often can match that complexity, how we navigate through our lives. We may reach for coping mechanisms such as alcohol, drugs, food, sex, anything to distract us or create a sense of security. I provide, through non-judgement and empathy, a space where you are heard and accepted, and issues can be managed.
I work with domestic abuse, identity, sexual trauma, PTSD, self-esteem, anger, grief, relationship issues, OCD, body issues, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, loneliness and sometimes just exploring and finding who you are. I offer a space where gaining insight and transparency will allow you to move forward and heal on your terms.
