If you need to have the flexibility to choose a different session time and date each week, due to other commitments, I am happy to do this. If you also want someone with a relaxed approach, who understands what it is like to be on the other side of the counselling chair, I have that understanding. I work with many challenging issues, ranging from the everyday to ongoing issues, whatever you feel you want to talk about.
I am an accredited Pluralistic Counsellor, so each session is all about you and what you want to bring to it, and then finding a way forward. I am here to listen and not to judge. I work in a very relaxed manor and take my cues from you and how you want to work, I have no set agenda for each session, it is all about you.
I am happy to have a quick chat to see if we can work together as I think this is important. And I will happily answer any questions you may have. You need to feel comfortable. Think of it as a cup of tea and a chat.
