Beginning counselling takes a huge amount of courage and I consider it a privilege to work therapeutically with each one of my clients. I provide a comfortable, warm and confidential space in which you can express yourself freely. I operate from a place of non-judgement. I work integratively, meaning that I use a number of therapeutic models as part of my approach to best meet your needs. This includes elements of humanistic, existential, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy.
