I can provide you with a safe and non judgmental space to navigate difficult times and work through your experiences and emotions.
I have experience of counselling adults with a range of different issues, including anxiety, depression, stress and self-esteem difficulties. I have personal and professional experience of Autism and ADHD. I have a particular passion for providing counselling to parents of children with SEND. I am able to help parents with issues related to parenting.
