I am a BACP Accredited, Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, with over 10 years therapeutic experience. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic (Person-Centred, Gestalt and Existential), CBT and solution-based approaches to support you. I offer short-term, or open-ended therapy, dependent on your needs.
I aim to support you in working through your difficulties, freeing you to experience life more fully and with greater self-acceptance. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space, offering new perspectives to help you to develop understanding of the ways in which your difficulties may be linked to your life experiences, life choices, or how you relate to others.
