I offer a safe and non-judgemental enviroment where I help people solve the problems that they are dealing with. I want my clients to walk away from our time together with the tools to maintain the changes they have worked for and a new found or rediscovered confidence in themselves and life. My therapy is practical, straight forward and it works. Cognitive behaviour therapy was designed for anxiety related issues from panic to OCD. It is perfect for depression or anger issues. As a qualified hypnotherapist I also teach relaxation and mindfillness meditation to those who want that extra dimension to their therapy.
As Cognitive Behaviour Therapist I specialize in emotional and behaviour issues. I love working with children and teenagers as well as adults. I like my sessions to be educational and warm even when working on very serious or emotional issues.
It's important to find the right therapist . Some form of consultation is probably wise. A good 20 or 30 minutes on the phone will probably be enough. I will tell you if I haven't got the expertise to deal with a specific situation. However, my time in central London gave me some very varied experience of personal issues, I'm pretty unshockable now !
