I am passionate about supporting and empowering people to overcome life’s obstacles. My experience has allowed me the privilege of working closely with those facing unexpected and serious life events, either for themselves or those close to them. Often this has been as a result of physical health issues, neurological conditions, life stage transitions, loss or traumatic events; resulting in understandable distress and overwhelm for the person. I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with more than 16-years of qualified experience supporting people who are struggling with emotional and psychological distress. I provide a safe, therapeutic space to explore difficult experiences from the past, challenges in the present or fears for the future.
People can naturally feel apprehensive coming to therapy, taking those first steps into the unknown with a new person.
