I am a professionally trained and qualified person-centred counsellor supporting clients with a wide range of issues. Reaching out for help can feel like a big step so I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help you to make your decision. Being able to talk about everything that matters to you and feeling truly heard and understood, can help you to ease your burdens and feel able to cope again. I offer both long and short-term counselling, face to face or online.
I can help with abuse, anxiety, anger, childhood trauma, complex trauma, childhood sexual abuse, depression, difficult memories, loss, PTSD, self-harm, stress, sexual assault, sex as self-injury, relationship issues.
