Life can be tough and many issues or situations can arise which lead us to feel challenged in our day-to-day life. You may have experienced major life events which have left you feeling traumatised or be feeling uncertain of yourself with regards to your sense of self or identity; maybe you have arrived at a time in your life when you crave some space to reflect and clarify your feelings as you look towards your future. Whatever your goal, it will be unique to you and you need to feel understood and respected as you embark on exploring deeply personal aspects of your experience.
As a trauma-informed Person-Centred Psychotherapist, I offer you empathy and a non-judgemental approach to exploring issues which trouble you. I listen deeply to what you bring to sessions and work with you to build insight and understanding which can help you to feel less overwhelmed by challenging thoughts and feelings.
