I am an experienced and accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor and recognise that at times in our lives we can experience events or circumstances which can leave us worried, anxious, confused, angry or sometimes overwhelmed. Change can appear too challenging or sometimes impossible. At other times we can feel stuck or unable to overcome issues arising from our pasts, unable to communicate what we want or need, or how we feel. We are left struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression and low self worth or confidence and shame and it can feel others don't or cannot understand.
As difficult as these circumstances may be, they can also be pivotal turning points in our lives, teaching us greater happiness, growth and acceptance. I work with many clients of all ages from 16 yrs and specialise in working with LGBTQI+ clients with many years experience in this area.
I provide counselling to people experiencing these events in their lives, providing emotional grounding and safety, acceptance, empathic listening and constructive, solution focused approach, working towards achieving goals and outcomes that better benefit you the client and those you care about in your life.
