My pursuit of excellence led me to attain a Level 9 certificate in CBT, coming equipped with a comprehensive toolkit of techniques to address a wide range of mental health concerns. I also attained Level 1 training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which studies the interplay between mind & body in the healing process
With a passion that lies in supporting women through motherhood. I have created Matrescence Workshops for postpartum education and connections. With empathy & evidence-based methods, the workshop guides women through challenges, fostering resilience. I offer a space for healing and growth, addressing anxiety, depression, and the demands of new motherhood
