I work with people with various presenting issues whose common denominator is that they need a positive change or changes in their lives. It could be mental health issues, major life crises, simply feeling lost or stuck at certain points in their lives, or being overwhelmed by daily demands. They all have taken the very first steps towards getting better by contacting a therapist and asking for an appointment.
I offer a professional helping hand in creating a therapeutic relationship in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore and make sense of their lives and start their journey towards the best possible version of themselves. I work from the humanistic integrative approach and integrate other therapeutic modalities.
I welcome clients from any and every walk of life and background. I have had extensive experience working with people from ethnic minorities and different nationalities in other capacities. I speak English and Czech/Slovak fluently and have a varying degree of knowledge of Spanish, Russian, Romani and German.
