I have educations in many different areas which gives me a very wide and holistic point of view on human health like BA(Hons) OT and Health Promotion (Poland), cert and diploma as Nutritionist (international), CBT Practitioner (Achology), Science of Well-Being (Yale University) and Exercise for Prevention and Treatment of Disease (Trinity College).
Everyone is different and everyone needs an individual tailored approach. In my work I use a compilation of CBT, positive psychology and character strength therapy.
