I offer a safe and compassionate space so that you can begin to develop a sense of who you are and a sense of your own worth. I am passionate about the internal relationship we have with ourselves and how this reflects in our external relationships and in the world. I can support you with difficult feelings, trauma symptoms, and navigating a way forward.
