I work from an integrative approach, meaning that I work using skills from different counselling modalities (psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, solution-focused or creative methods). I work with a range of presentations but not limited to: Depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma history, bereavement/grief, relationship challenges, relationships challenges.
This approach recognises that each person is unique and provides a range of methods to best support each individual with whatever difficulties they may be experiencing.
