Hi welcome to my profile, my name is Sheila and I am a fully accredited Psychotherapist with BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy and MSc in CBT. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship difficulties. I integrate modalities of CBT, Person Centred and Psychodynamic therapy and within a safe non-judgmental space I help clients identify and explore their challenges. My therapy style is to meet the clients where they are at and adjust therapy and modalities to meet clients needs.
At times we encounter many kinds of stumbling blocks which may prove to be overwhelming and distressing. Being supported through therapy enables us to develop a greater understanding and acceptance of ourselves, others and the world.
