My focus as a counsellor is providing a safe space where you can feel free to express yourself without fear of judgment no matter what issue brought you to counselling. I understand how personal the decision to seek counselling can be, and my goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and understood throughout our journey together. In our sessions, I will listen attentively and empathize deeply with any challenges or difficulties you may be facing. Together, we will work towards a deeper understanding of your experiences and develop a plan to help you make sense of the world around you.
I am equipped with a range of therapeutic techniques to support you. By working eclectically, I am able to provide a more holistic and comprehensive approach to counselling, one that recognizes the unique needs and experiences of each individual client. I believe that this approach allows for greater flexibility and creativity in the therapeutic process.
Everyone has their own unique story to tell. Through counselling, new perspectives and knowledge can be gained, leading to positive change and growth.
