I am a registered Counselling Psychologist providing after hour virtual sessions in New Zealand. I offer psychotherapy to adults. My therapeutic approach is rooted in integration, which honours brain, mind, and body connection as ways of accessing the source of the problem. I am classically trained in talk therapy from a psychodynamic perspective which I integrate with neurotherapy known as eye movement integration (EMI) and BWRT (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) whilst holding somatic space for embodiment. This allows healing to become deeply integrated in your life.
