I work with all ages and specialise working with teens and young adults who are struggling. Challenges can come from anywhere; the loss of a loved one, a health condition, problems at school or work, anxiety, trauma, bullying, depression, attacks on dignity, abuse, or being spoken to in unhelpful ways. Problems can get you feeling overwhelmed, hopeless and stuck. I invite you to let me journey with you from that stuck place to hope and peace.
Holding a Master of Counselling I have counselled pre-teens and teenagers in school for six years and have eight year’s experience working with children with special needs. I have helped hundreds of young people make sense of their world and journeyed with them towards rebuilding self-esteem, feeling safer, more confident and equipped with skills for life.
So if you are a parent feeling overwhelmed and worried for your young person. Or if you are a teen/young adult in need of a counsellor to offer a safe and confidential conversation then please contact me.
