Hi there, I am passionate about working with clients to achieve self compassion and self acceptance. Sometimes we need a different perspective on what's going on. I embrace acceptance and commitment therapy which focuses on accepting our feelings and committing to meaningful actions. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
I provide assessments and therapy for children, adolescents adults with a range of presenting problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma and behavioural issues. I am well versed in development across the lifespan and embrace a psycho educational approach and evidence based therapeutic interventions.
