I am a Registered Psychotherapist with 30 years’ experience and offer confidential and professional support to face the issues which are troubling you, at your own pace. Gestalt is my primary orientation and over the years I have added other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychoanalytic approaches which all complement my ongoing interest in current psychological thinking, theory and research. I am an ACC sensitive claims treatment provider and am registered as a professional and clinical supervisor with NZAC and NZAP.
In long or short-term therapy we can co-create the safety to approach difficulties such as depression, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, interpersonal conflict and grief, and develop new ways to complete unfinished business, release accumulated tension, restore balance, recover liveliness and illuminate opportunities for well-being.
