A few therapy appointments with me can help to get you through a specific situation such as a traumatic loss, injury, relationship crisis or a major decision. We can also transform deeper problems, such as mood issues, unresolved trauma, or school, work, family stress with longer term work together. I recognize you are investing in therapy and the intention is that we quickly identify the difficulties you bring and give you strategies to improve your life. Many people value the relationship we build and come back for top-ups of support when needed, either face to face or online.
Neuroscience informed Biofeedback, Neurofeedback and Deep Brain Reorienting work to promote calming, healing and focus at a brain and body level. I also utilise psychotherapy, arts and play therapy.
