Kia ora I am a registered clinical psychologist providing therapy for individuals in Ōrewa, on Auckland’s Hibiscus Coast. I provide therapy aimed at supporting people experiencing stressors or challenges, who wish to improve their mental health outlook. Alternatively, the focus may be explorative in nature, designed to help individuals build insight and awareness about themselves.
I work from a genuine and client-centred approach. I strive to create a warm and safe therapy space so you can feel heard and understood while working towards improving your current wellbeing. I have experience in working with people presenting with a wide array of different mental-health-related difficulties.
ACC Sensitive Claims: I am registered with ACC to work under the sensitive claims contract. I am able to help you through the initial stages of lodging a claim and completing the Supported Assessment for ACC (this stage takes around 2-3 months). If long-term therapy is recommended then I will help you find a therapist with availability.
