My name is Phoenix, and I am an Auckland-based psychologist. My approach to therapy is uniquely tailored to meet your needs as I draw on and combine a variety of evidence-based theoretical tools. I will work with you to create a safe and confidential space that can help you to develop the insight and skill you need to work through difficult or challenging experiences and find ways to live a life with greater resilience and purpose. I am registered with the New Zealand Psychologist Board (NZPB), a full member of the New Zealand Psychological Society (NZPsS), and I hold my current annual practicing certificate (APC).
Your intimate relationship is in some ways the biggest investment you will make in your life. And when things are not going as we’d expected the information at hand can sometimes be contradictory or plain wrong. I aim to work with couples to understand how and why things went off track and offer practical tools to support them in their journey.
I have a passion for working with people, as a therapist I aim to create a collaborative, warm and supportive space.
