I am registered as an ACC provider and I have a membership with NZCCA. I have worked as a counsellor for over 6 years and I have experience in working with people from all walks of life who are dealing with a wide range of issues. I use different models of counselling and my passion is to provide the best service to my clients.
I am open-minded and curious to listen and learn about my clients' world views, identity and culture. The models I use are client centred approaches, ACT, CBT and DBT, solution-focused trauma intervention. I provide some psycho education where its needed and help with equipping clients with tools to live more fulfilled lives
I take time to listen to my clients and I provide a non-judgemental setting where my clients feel at ease. Every client is treated with speciality and I value relationship building as a way of building the trust.
