Adult Anger Management Group
Anger Management group will provided psychoeducation on anger using a choice biased perspective. This group will focus on anger being presented as a choice and how individuals will learn ways to cope by using evidenced based methods such as mindfulness breathing to help them to regulate their emotions in order to function in their lives. This is a 6 Week group session. Includes Choice based Anger workbook Learning material through the lens of Dr. Gary Byrd. Court Assessments range from $300-500. Accepting Mandated client's.
