Beginning September 9, 2024, we will be hosting a 5-session, in-person therapy group for individuals 18+ who are interested in receiving support from a counselor who is highly specialized in eating disorders (EDs) and others who understand. Our counselor, Kalyn Tapley, has a huge heart for supporting people who are wanting freedom from EDs/disordered eating. This therapy group will cover topics including, but not limited to, exploring your ED beliefs, understanding the emotional component of EDs and functionality of behaviors, building practical coping and emotional regulation skills, and learning strategies for improving your relationship with food.
