Be. Resilient
A group designed for children ages 9 - 12 that focuses on identifying and enhancing areas of strength. Each child is resilient in their own unique way. This group will illuminate resilient experiences and demonstrate additional strategies to cope with struggles and empower each participant to use those strengths and new skills to enhance areas of growth. (max 8)

Be. Exceptional is an offering for preteen and teens with unique needs and different abilities. This offering is specially crafted to embrace and support each unique being, differing abilities, and personal expression. Each week we will spend time moving, breathing, connecting, relaxing, and of course having fun with a range of activities that will help support flexibility in mind and body, engagement and connection in healthy ways, nurture and calm our bodies, and enhance positive feelings.
