Feel like you have to do it all? Feeling alone or misunderstood in navigating this complex parenting world? This workshop is going to break down the idea of needing to be Supermom. Of having to carry the load, manage the schedules and do ALL the things. We’ll explore influences on this narrative, and work to identify ways to cope, and to communicate what you need to feel supported and heard.
