grief and loss group

A 5 session once a week group Monday evenings, from 5pm-630pm. Group will cover and discuss the stages of grief, the normalcy of emotions, and understanding of all our own reactions to loss of a loved one. Cultural norms and spiritual understanding. Moving through the Holidays, Anniversaries, as well as learning to develop personal coping skills to help each individual move through their own experience and new normalcy of living with this loss.
