The four main areas I coach/counsel people in are: depression/anxiety management, anger management, career/business growth, relationship/marital challenges, and personal development. I am dedicated to helping people solve relationship and anger problems associated with disrespect, insecurities, bad attitudes, and guilt through spiritual non-judgmental conversation! Our hidden, underlying beliefs often keep us from experiencing the full richness of life. I use a combination of objective assessment tools, dialogues and cognitive behavioral exercises to help you achieve your dreams.

Fathers of children with special needs are faced with unexpected challenges that can be overwhelming, and they often experience feelings of grief as they struggle to adapt to their situation. In addition to the typical stressors associated with parenting, they face unique stressors related to their child’s special needs. One of the best things you can do for yourself and your family is to join a support group. Our group meets weekly to hear each others' stories, encourage each other through the journey, and build our resources and strength to carry to our families.

I believe that we are all image-bearers of God, as having been created in His image. Therefore, the client and I both bring resources into the therapy room with which to work collaboratively toward a healthier life for the client-- mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Beyond my training in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have experience that I bring to the table from my own life journey-- parenting into adulthood; divorce recovery; partner betrayal trauma, spiritual formation; marriage and relationships; career counseling; codependency issues; and addictions. My greatest core belief is that there is always hope!
