Regulation Skills Parenting Group

We will be learning about the nervous system, regulation, and co-regulation techniques in a supportive group of parents. You will have the opportunity to discuss the challenges of parenting and receive feedback from fellow parents and a licensed therapist. We will be meeting October 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th 6pm-8pm
