As a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I use my skills and time optimally to maximize my therapeutic affect on patients. I prioritize taking the time to establish a good rapport. I tend to a patient's psychological health needs, as well as physical health needs, maintaining a holistic approach. Providing quality care, to me, is about spending my day, from start to finish, making a patient's care experience excellent. This philosophy coincides with my personal goal to maintain a high level of intrinsic motivation to do more than just the minimum required of me, each and every day.
Specialities:Depression, Anxiety, Behavior Management, Caregiver Fatigue, Depression & Mood Disorders, Family of Origin Issues, Grief & Loss, Immigration/First Generation, Infertility, Multicultural Issues, Supporting Parents of Autistic Children &/or Special Needs, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem & Self-Worth.
