Currently seeing adult clients ages 18-64 who are experiencing general mental health conditions such as but not limited to: anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, and postpartum anxiety/depression to name a few conditions. I will possibly see clients < 18yo with ADHD on a case-by-case scenario.

Asking for help is a sign of strength, and I'd like to partner with you to meet your mental health needs. With 14 years of nurse midwifery experience prior to becoming a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I have excellent listening skills & compassion for serving the perinatal mental health community.

My job is to ensure you feel heard and invite you to be a part of your treatment plan. I also offer Christian mental health coaching to those who wish to incorporate faith into their treatment plan and will omit this approach for those who are not interested.
