I have been a PMHNP for over 11 years, and a RN since 1998. I am passionate about providing patient-centered care and in building a therapeutic relationship with all of my patients. I practice using a holistic approach with supportive therapeutic modalities, along with psychotropic medication management, if needed. I am passionate about treating and improving the lives of those who struggle with chronic mental health disorders as well as those with situational stressors.
I specialize in depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, grief, transition/adjustment, perinatal/postpartum mental health, and ADHD (all types) in adults (18-65). I offer psychiatric evaluations with a diagnostic interview, medication management (if appropriate), and treatment plan. Appointments are tele-visits that you do can do from home/work in CO.
