While they're only one part of a solution, medications for mental health can be very helpful, especially in those who are prone to repeated episodes of low or high moods, ADHD, anger, excessive worrying, or fears. If you can’t decide, an initial visit can give you a chance to think it through with someone who's treated hundreds of others in your situation.
