She has 25 years experience working in the mental health setting with teens and adults across their life span. I am passionate and committed to helping others live their best lives. Seeing others gain strength in managing their mental health and living their best life is truly rewarding. I have experience with young adults to geriatric populations. I have experience with treating multiple disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, alcohol substance use disorders.

Hannah Parrish is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Arizona who has been practicing since January 2023. Hannah's passion to become a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner began at an early age after losing a friend to suicide. A wonderful organization was developed by the parents of Hannah's friend to help raise awareness for mental health and the stigma associated with it. Being able to openly talk about depression and suicide at such a young age enlightened Hannah about the invisible struggles that people experience. This experience gave Hannah the desire to pursue a career in the field of mental health.

Dr. Patel is part of an esteemed group of four female board-certified psychiatrists who have been practicing in the community for 20 yrs. Our practice, Premier Health & Wellness (PHW) works collaboratively with each patient, developing effective mental health treatment plans that consider individual preferences and concerns. My name is Hyangsook Lee Patel Psychiatric Mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), but please call me “Lee”. I worked as a nurse for over 18 + and have been working as a PMHNP for over 3 years. I graduated from Wilkes University's PMHNP program in 2019. My APRN license number is 234331 in AZ. I have treated various types of patients including children over 12, adolescents, and adults with psychotropic medication management and therapeutic conversation. I have a compassionate approach and will work attentively with the patient by listening to their concerns. I also speak fluent Korean.

Michael Moore has extensive experience treating mental health disorders, both inpatient and outpatient. Michael will work with patients to decide the best treatment option and prescribe appropriate medications as needed to address their mental health symptoms.
