Hi, I'm Brian, Nurse Practitioner and founder of Introspect Mental Health. We offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy via secure video sessions (telehealth), or in-person at our Jacksonville office located in Mandarin. Our caring and highly skilled nurse practitioners are board certified in psychiatry and primary care. We specialize in diagnosing and treating primary mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, and bipolar disorder, as well as substance use disorders in adults ages 18 and older.
We use compassionate nonjudgmental active-listening and motivational interviewing to understand your symptoms and goals. Medications are prescribed as part of a holistic treatment plan that will include recommendations for counseling, education, and lifestyle changes.
During our initial visit, we will develop a treatment plan that may include lab work, lifestyle recommendations, counseling/therapy, and medication.
