Nicole Tazewell, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CARN is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the District of Columbia who has been practicing since 2021. She specializes in treating patients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and substance use disorders.

Dr. Swaminathan Thangaraj is board certified in both adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. He received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, then completed general psychiatry residency at Drexel College of Medicine, followed by child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Before joining the outpatient psychiatry team at CareMind Health/Mindoula Clinical Services, Dr. Thangaraj worked as a child and adolescent psychiatrist at Sheppard-Pratt Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and McLean Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
