I’m a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with nearly seven years of experience in a variety of settings, including inpatient adult and adolescent psychiatry, consultation-liaison psychiatry, electroconvulsive therapy, student health, community health clinics, and in private practice. I am passionate about mental health and put a high value on the individual journey of each patient. In addition to medication management, I focus on incorporating lifestyle modifications and capacity-building techniques into each treatment plan. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Kenyon College in 2013, I joined the Peace Corps and served in Ghana. There, I learned about the value of accessible healthcare and the versatile applications of nursing. Since, I have completed BSN and my Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Wyoming.
I enjoy working in the outpatient setting, as it allows me to develop long-lasting relationships with clients and invest in truly optimizing their health.
