Evelyn Majachani is dual-board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She received her Master of Science degree in Nursing and her post-graduate certification at Maryville University in St Louis, Missouri. Evelyn has worked as an adult psychiatric nurse practitioner providing outpatient, community psychiatry treatment to patients with severe mental illness, as well as with geriatric patients in nursing homes, assisted living, and independent living facilities in North Carolina.
Evelyn evaluates and manages patients via telehealth, and has expertise in treating adults with a wide variety of psychiatric conditions including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders, among others.
Evelyn is accepting new patients who have Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, Aetna, Optum UHC, Cigna/Evernorth, Medicare, or prefer to pay privately.
