Dr. Ghim is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who focuses on building a strong therapeutic and collaborative environment with patients who are struggling with depression, bipolar spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety including social, obsessive compulsive, and generalized anxiety disorders, amongst others. Dr. Ghim provides primarily psychiatric medication management, in conjunction with supportive, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) interventions, and other modalities of therapeutic treatment.

Dr. Sinner is Board Certified in Psychiatry. He completed his psychiatry residency training at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He has practiced in various settings over his career including 5 years in inpatient settings in Vermont, where he also served as Medical Director for a state hospital psychiatric unit and taught medical students, followed by 5 years in an outpatient community mental health center in Pennsylvania before beginning his telepsychiatry practice serving individuals in Pennsylvania, Florida and New York.

Dr. Alexandra Hamlyn is a board-certified adult psychiatrist and board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist. She completed her medical education at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University and then completed her residency in adult psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. She then went on to complete her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at NYU Langone and Bellevue Hospital. During this time, she also taught a course titled Love Actually at NYU School of Arts and Science.

Dr. Milena Goldshmidt is a new addition to the Talkiatry network which allows her the luxury of working from home after the new addition to her family. She is double boarded in Adult Psychiatry and Sleep Medicine. She has been practicing for 10 years. Dr. Goldshmidt's focus is on medication management as well as supportive and emotionally focused therapy. She gives ample time during new patient appointments and has 30-minute follow sessions. She also is a believer in additional therapy is needed and/or additional medical and procedural therapies if needed to provide the best care and outcomes to her patients.

Dr. Orejarena’s is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She finished her residency from Yale University and the University of Texas Houston. She has done extensive research on psychiatry during her PhD in Neuropsychopharmacology and a Masters in Neuroscience. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. She incorporates different therapy modalities and evidence-based treatments, tailored to each person’s needs. Dr. Katherine Vital-Daley is an adult psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She treats all adults and her passion lies in providing accessible care for women facing challenges throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum and in reproductive psychiatry. Dr. Vital-Daley's academic background is rooted in science, with an undergraduate degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of California, Merced. Brence Brooks is a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2020. He received his bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Louisville and his master’s degree in Nursing from Walden University. Specialty areas include medication management for major depressive disorder, bipolar I and II disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, childhood behavioral disorders, psychotic disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
